In these terms “we” and “our” refers to Synnove Energy Ltd, being a company incorporated and registered in First Floor, Office B, Bagatelle Office Park1,Bagatelle, Mauritius.

“You/you” and “your/your” refers to any visitor to the website, any user of the website, or any purchaser of products from Synnove Energy Ltd.
A Qualified Referral is defined as a referral that results in a purchase of a solar electric system from Synnove Energy Ltd made:
By the customer referred by you (‘Referred Customer”)
That uses your unique Refer-a-Friend-and-Win program, (enclose link here)
Completes the form with relevant contact details etc..
You are limited to one Qualified Referral for each Referred Customer. For the avoidance of doubt, a Referred Customer is defined as a unique physical property address and Central Electricity Board account number in the name of the Referred Customer.
You cannot refer yourself as a Referred Customer
You will be entitled to receive a Referral Reward (in the form of RS3000 cash) per successful installation of a PV solar system through Synnove Energy by the client.
You will be notified upon successful installation via txt and the Rs3000 will be transferred in your nominated bank account within 24-48 hours.
Our Refer-A-Friend-And-Win program is intended for private use by individual Refer-A-Friend-And-Win individuals. We may decline to award Referral Rewards that have been generated by businesses for affiliate lead generation, at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to close your account(s) or the account(s) of any Referred customer and to deny request full payment if you and /or Referred Customer use our Refer-A-Friend-And-Win in a questionable manner or breach these Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to cancel the Refer-A-Friend-And-Win program or to change these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Any unclaimed Referral Rewards will be forfeited at the time.
